AI Adoption + Learning Strategy

Awareness is easy.Behavior is the work.

I work on how organisations turn AI from a tool into a way of working — the adoption, and the long-term capability behind it.

KEY AREAS OF MY WORK

From AI strategy to
behavior change.

What does this mean exactly? Here is how it translates into key areas of my work:

AI adoption & enablement

Adoption programs built on real workflows, not tool demos. I map where AI belongs in the daily work, equip internal AI champions to carry the change, and design enablement that outlives the kickoff.

Upskilling & learning strategy

Learning journeys, masterclasses, and academies designed for specific audiences — executives, IT consultants, operational teams — and grounded in the systems and tools those people actually open every morning.

Team leadership & AI-first operations

I lead and develop content and learning experience design teams that run AI-first — new processes, agile sprint delivery, and reusable skills. I develop people from executing tasks to owning whole workflows, and prove adoption in our own work before it's ever proposed to a client.

Selected work

Conceptualized, built, adopted.

I conceptualize learning and enablement programs, and together with my team - build and ship the content, formats, and AI use cases. Below, you can find examples of some of the projects where I lead content, enablement program design and/operational and production streams. All client work is under NDA, so projects are described by industry and scope.

Rolling out AI foundations across a major sports organization

Conceptualized, planned and delivered an end-to-end AI enablement program — from needs analysis and curriculum concept through format design to the content itself. I authored and co-authored the modules with the client's own stakeholders, covering prompting fundamentals, agentic AI, AI guardrails and responsible use, and built the field feedback and assessment instrument that measured whether any of it landed. The program reached 98% of its defined targets across both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

EnabledAn entire organization to move from AI curiosity to a shared, governed foundation — with the evidence to prove it.
Academy architecture · Professional services

A Big Four consulting firm

Learning academies at scale

Built a complete learning and enablement portfolio as a product — four academies spanning ESG and financial services, electromobility, artificial intelligence, and the future of sports. Over 150 learning units across diverse formats, delivered through at-scale content development and AI-assisted production. The architecture was designed reuse-first: shared foundations across academies, bespoke depth only where it earned its cost.

EnabledA global firm to offer structured, credentialed learning across four domains — at a fraction of the cost of building each academy from scratch.
AI adoption · Cross-industry

German corporates and global enterprises, from mid-size to 120,000+ employees

Enablement designed for who people actually are

Tailored learning and enablement programs built on learner segmentation rather than one-size-fits-all rollout. I grouped target audiences into segments — from complete starters through to AI power users and champions — and designed distinct pathways for each, across functions from HR and finance to operations and transformation teams. Formats spanned self-paced learning, live enablement, and engagement campaigns designed to make participation something people opted into.

EnabledOrganizations to reach both ends of the readiness spectrum at once — foundational confidence for the many, depth and multiplier capability for the few.
Stakeholder engagement · Executive & public sector

C-level events, masterclasses and networking formats built to engage sponsors and partners around executive education. Earlier, training programs and workshops for diplomats, government officials, NGOs and academic networks across Europe and at the UN.

EnabledFifteen years of designing formats that senior, sceptical, time-poor audiences actually choose to attend.
Operating model · Team leadership

My own team — the first client

AI-first production, from the inside out

Restructured and reorganized the content production team, then rebuilt how it works: new processes, new tooling, and a shift to agile sprint delivery. AI moved from experiment to infrastructure — AI-assisted authoring and design, automated document pipelines, localization governance, and reusable team skills that encode workflows so knowledge stops living in one person's head.

EnabledA team to ship faster and more consistently — with AI adoption proven in our own daily work before it was ever proposed to a client.
Content at scale · Automotive

A large German automotive manufacturer, 150,000+ employees

Three years, three transformation agendas

Responsible for tailored content development at scale across the organization's three transformation priorities — electromobility, digitalization, and sustainability — with a new topic delivered each year over a three-year engagement. This meant owning the scaled production process end to end: content development and production, subject-matter expert collaboration, and alignment across stakeholder groups inside a very large and complex organization.

EnabledA workforce of over 150,000 to be brought along through three consecutive transformation agendas, at consistent quality.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Tamari.

I work on how organisations turn AI from a tool into a way of working — the adoption, and the long-term capability behind it.

As VP AI Product at JERRY Sports, I'm the connective layer across Knowledge, Tech and Adoption, turning expertise and curated data into an AI product. As Head of AI Content & Learning Strategy, I lead a team of learning designers, media producers, QA & content managers to design learning and enablement programmes for global enterprises across functions and industries.

Four things shape how I work.

Four things shape how I work:

I move early.

When AI became more accessible for business users in late 2022, I started inside-out: I rebuilt my own team's ways of working first, then built enablement programmes for organizations from 100,000+ employees down to small teams. I also design the AI use cases for various business functions, so I understand adoption from strategy all the way down to what someone does differently on a regular day.

I build capability.

I'm not a traditional L&D person. I'm a learning strategist. Conceptualising the experience, designing the product, running the programme. That's been the pattern for fifteen years to enable people, and help shape various transformation processes at scale: digitalization, e-mobility, sustainability, and for the last four, AI.

I keep people aligned.

I've spent years building and coordinating communication channels and network for very different audiences and holding diverse stakeholders together. These included EU and government officials, UN diplomats, C-level sponsors from DAX & MDAX, corporate clients, experts, wider public. Conferences, summer schools, networking events, fundraising were some of the initiatives.

I lead by growing people.

For past 7 years I've built and led team of senior and junior professionals and consultants. Over these years I have developed people to work AI-first, enabling them to move from executing tasks to owning whole workflows.
